What we offer
Recoding Mindset provides mindset coaching for individuals, groups, and partner programs. The specific terms of any coaching engagement, including scheduling, fees, and cancellation, are set out in a separate agreement you receive before you begin.
Not therapy or crisis support
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or mental health treatment, and it is not a substitute for them. Our practitioners do not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are working with a therapist or doctor, keep doing so.

Booking, forms, email, and videos may be provided by third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
