Recoding Mindset is a DBA of That Girl Magic LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email, and phone number when you book a Recoding Call; your answers to the booking questions; your first name and email when you request the Pattern Audit; and the details you enter in our partnership form, including your company and program information.
Information collected automatically: basic usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and general location, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To schedule and prepare for your call
- To send you the Pattern Audit and a short series of follow-up emails
- To respond to partnership inquiries
- To match you with a practitioner if you become a client
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run this site and our business, including our website host, our scheduling and email platform, and analytics tools. They only process your information to provide those services to us. If you join through a partner program, we share scheduling and progress updates with that program as described in your agreement. What you share in a coaching session stays between you and your practitioner unless you agree otherwise or the law requires it. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Emails
